Everything. List building, AI-written personalized emails, domain warm-up and setup, sending infrastructure, deliverability management, drip sequences, reply handling, and performance reporting. You submit your ICP and offer — we run the whole thing. No add-ons, no surprise charges.
$0. Everything in the monthly fee. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no per-lead charge, no per-send charge.
Monthly billing, invoiced at the start of each month. We accept ACH bank transfer or credit card. No annual prepay required. For Scale clients on higher volumes, we can offer quarterly billing.
Month-to-month. No annual contract required. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Most clients stay 6+ months once they see the results — but we don't lock you in.
All-inclusive flat fee. No per-lead or per-send charges. Your monthly retainer covers list building, sending volume, and reply handling end-to-end.
How it works under the hood

Deliverability

We do. Every account includes full deliverability management: SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, domain warm-up (2–3 weeks before send), sending volume calibration, and ongoing monitoring. We handle bounce management, spam trap avoidance, and ISP reputation tracking.
Primary inbox for properly-targeted B2B lists (around 95% placement on warmed-up domains). Sending is handled via Polsia's authenticated email relay with DKIM signing configured.
We rotate between multiple sending domains, re-warm any that get flagged, and replace damaged domains automatically. You never see a deliverability dip — that's our job to absorb.
We provision dedicated sending domains on your behalf, fully authenticated (SPF/DKIM/DMARC). You don't need to buy or configure anything yourself — warm-up runs automatically on infrastructure we maintain.
What to expect

Timeline & results

First qualified replies typically arrive 7–14 days after warm-up completes. Full meeting cadence is usually established by week 3–4 once A/B testing has tuned the sequence.
We A/B test subject lines, hooks, and CTAs weekly. If a campaign materially underperforms against benchmarks after week 4, we pause, diagnose the cause, and re-strategize at no extra cost.
Benchmarks from current clients: Starter plan ~8 qualified meetings/month, Growth ~18/month, Scale ~35/month. Actual results depend on ICP fit, offer strength, and deal size — but those are realistic ranges.
Augments, not replaces. Your SDRs stay focused on closing warmed-up replies instead of prospecting, list-building, and email ops. Most agencies pair us with an existing closer or AE.
We don't guarantee a hard meeting number, but we share weekly benchmarks and pause underperformers quickly. If a campaign isn't tracking to expectations by week 4, we'd rather re-strategize than keep billing for mediocre output.

48 hours to live in our system; first campaign sends after a 2–3 week domain warm-up. By week 4 you're typically seeing steady qualified replies.
ICP definition, offer details, brand voice notes, and any existing positioning. The intake form at /onboard.html captures all of it — takes about 15 minutes to complete.
No. AI research writes each prospect-specific sequence end-to-end — subject lines, opening line, body, and CTA — based on the ICP and offer details you submit during onboarding.
You do. Replies route to your inbox ranked by intent. We handle the sending side; you handle the closes. Reply management and qualification are included in every plan.
Legal & data

Compliance & data

Yes, when done correctly: physical address in footer, easy one-click unsubscribe, honest subject lines, and accurate sender identity. We bake all of this into every campaign by default.
Stored in our Neon Postgres tenant, encrypted at rest, never shared across clients. List isolation is enforced at the database level — no agency has visibility into another agency's data.
Yes. Full export of leads, replies, and campaign history is available at any time, including on cancellation. You own the data — we just run the engine.
On Polsia's authenticated email infrastructure (SPF/DKIM/DMARC configured; DKIM signing handled by the email proxy). Sending reputation is isolated per client.
